For starters, I was very put off that LuLu (or whatever her name is) asked if I was going to be able to pay for my services after requesting what I wanted. I changed what I wanted to the cheapest service because how rude and offense is she. To make matters worse, there is no “experience” to be had there. You’re just another customer. I went in Monday evening and it is now Wednesday afternoon. The $15 dollars I paid to get gel nails is not worth it! They’re already peeling. The young lady who did my toes was great! LuLu needs training on how not to be a racist in a place of business that bring in people from all walks of life. If I was a white woman, she wouldn’t have assumed I couldn’t pay.

If I could, I’d give 0 stars. Worst nail salon Ive EVER been to. I CRIED when I left. All I wanted was to relax and have a nice mani/pedi… but the lady was in such a rush to finish, there was NO ONE else but me. She made negative remarks of my color choices, the way she handled everything was ridiculous. She was standing up while doing my manicure, ripped my cuticles apart instead of properly clipping them. Gave my toe nails a horrible shape I didn’t ask for. Painted my nails in the worst possible way. Then proceeded to make me put my hands in the same curing light they use for pedicures. Disgusting. Expensive and horrible work.

This salon was the worst experience of my entire history of getting my nails done. They are very poorly done, I could’ve done better. Avoid this place at all costs. I requested acrylics, with normal polish in the almond shape. Simple right? No. They couldn’t even shape the nail correctly, and they couldn’t keep the nail polish off of my fingers. To top it off, the nail tech CUT my finger with the file. They didn’t do anything to my cuticles, didn’t even clean underneath the nails when done. My friend and I got our nails done here yesterday, and we told them about our dissatisfaction with the nails and they kept yelling at us that they could fix the nails, and my friend didn’t have time as she had a flight to catch. They offered her a $2 discount for the nails but didn’t even apply it to the final price. Worst nail sail on planet earth. STAY AWAY.

I had one appointment with BZ nails after getting my pedicure and nails polished before I went out of town at the end of April. I made an appointment for two weeks after I returned on a Saturday. I decided to get tips and apparently she went too far on my cuticles with that mini saw sander and open my cuticles causing an infection on all 8 fingers and 2 thumbs. They blister and balloon up like little sausages with poss in all my fingers and thumbs developed. Over the last six days they have gotten worse with blood vessels showing through some fingers. I also developed small rashes and bumps on the back of my hands. I am at the urgent care at my doctors office getting antibiotics today because the Benadryl has only calm down the itching but not by much.

They are not hygienic at all. Although the prices are cheap, the quality of my pedicure was absolutely garbage! My “gel” polish started peeling the day after my pedicure. In addition my feet had red itchy bumps all over them. I would not recommend this place AT ALL.
