Everything was perfect here. I don’t get my nails done often and they really took care of me here. My stylist I didn’t catch her name but she really made sure everything was done to perfection. Usually other places speed through everything I feel. I don’t get anything crazy just gel but everything here is was wonderful. The complimentary drink is a brilliant edition. I got the spa gel mani and pedi. I will be frequenting here more often.

I went to BV nails on Erie Blvd. after going to the BV nails in camillus many times. I went in for a gel manicure but wanted to change to a dip manicure. The nail tech did not clean, soak or clean up my cuticles at all. She just went right to dipping them. These look awful, feel dirty and overall am pretty disappointed. I attempted to contact them to tell them my experience and the first response was “did you tell them you wanted your cuticles done?” I have never had to explicitly ask for that service when getting a manicure. I would not recommend.

My sister is a regular at this establishment, and her nails always look wonderful coming out. Today I decided to give it a try and get a simple gel manicure. The woman who took care of me was extremely nice and gentle- unfortunately though my nails look terrible, there’s paint all over my fingers past the nails and I’m honestly so upset that I just spent $50 on something that I could’ve done a better job on myself at home. This was my first visit and I think it’s safe to say it’ll be my last. Just so upset.
