A friend went in with a picture. She left with something that was definitely nothing at all like the picture. I’ve been getting vivids done for years. I’ve had every color of the rainbow done. This place messed up. It is streaky & splotchy. When she went up there to give them a chance to make it right they refused to refund her money OR fix it. This doesn’t look like it was done by a professional & for what she paid it sure should have.

ETA: my friend went elsewhere to get her hair fixed after this place wanted to actually stand behind this atrocious dye job. They’ve since deleted their comments & in fact, all reviews (on 1 social media platform), but they actually wanted to argue that they believed this was professional level work…

For the first time in years I actually walked out of getting a haircut and DIDN’T say “well it’ll grow out eventually”. Took my daughter and I both to get our hair cut after a solid 2 years of not cutting it as we kept having really poor luck finding someone who can cut our hair properly. We absolutely both loved our cuts. My daughter for the first time ever left happy and excited about her haircut and was showing it off to all her friends. I’ve never seen her so happy with a cut! The stylist was so friendly and fun and the salon was very boho goth glam and we totally loved it. We will continue to go back for as long as they are open!

Left a voicemail one evening after too many seltzers threatening to cut my own hair (because we all TRY to trim it up sometimes) and got a call the next morning. Kristin is the best. I feel like I can describe my haircut as an emotion and she would nail it straight on.

Outstanding ❣️🤯 2 colors a burgundy and medium brown 😁 bit of a trim. Chyna took her time, meticulous, easy to talk to 😇 in the end my husband loves it as I do too❣️🍀 I will be returning 🤓❣️

Jen does an amazing job on my hair, she always goes above and beyond to take care if me. Superb customer service! I sent a coworker in to see her and she also came back more than satisfied and bragging to the rest of our coworkers about where she’d gotten her hair done! Absolutely spectacular!
