Burlington was a very nice store at one time. But this place does not have the selection of clothing like they use to. Have only 2 fitting rooms in entire store! Definitely has gone downhill.

I think she might be the manager, black hair, bangs, overweight with glasses, but this woman is horrible and needs to be fired , completely embarrassed with my experience there. She had an attitude, and refused to accept my return even tho I had a receipt, she immediately claimed it was worn. When it’s in perfect condition. , she was too busy looking at her phone to pay any attention to my return.. the store is disgusting and everything is out of place. But I will report her to corporate. And this is why people are choosing Amazon over shopping in store. Customer services means a lot. And she made you lose a customer

I use to like shopping here, but after today… I’m done!! There is no one available to help you, the store is a mess, and the cashier had no personality let alone crack a smile. And now you have to BUY or PAY for a bag for your merchandise? What’s next? Scan & bag our own purchases? NO THANKS!! Keep your cheap junk and I’ll shop elsewhere. Tell a friend!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I just left out the store, still sitting in the parking lot. 25 people in line with 2 cashiers. Outside the store is the supervisor and 2 other staff talking and smoking ciggerettes. I see why no one wants to work here.

Came here 4/4/24 to look for some high heel shoes. The shoe department had a nice selection of cute shoes for reasonable prices. However there was not a single bench or chair anywhere in the entire shoe department to sit down while trying on shoes. I even walked around a bit to see if there was a chair/bench in the clothing section- nothing! In order to try on heels, I had to stand in the middle of an aisle while balancing on one foot and holding onto a shelf to put them on and take them off. I was not about to sit down on a dirty floor. I would not recommend anyone shop for shoes here who has difficulty bending, reaching their toes, or balancing on one leg. There was also not a single box of little nylon footies to try on heels with either.
