Was promised a call the next day, and still didn’t get one. Itvhas been over 24 hours now. No apologies from the store manager/corporate yet.
I asked for an incident report and I was not given one! That’s a red flag.
Daughter was trying on a pair of shorts and she started complaining saying she got jabbed. I took the shorts and the pin was in the shorts still. The scrape is atleast 3 in long.

It’s an ok place to shop, definitely not the quality of product it used to be. I was shopping for a more stylish winter coat and they had 2 in my size. Both looked like they had been dragged across a dirty floor. I did purchase one, only because of an extremely reasonable price but will have to clean it before I wear it. I did look around while there and found all the displays to be very unorganized with things just thrown up on shelves and racks. It was hard to find anything, and if you did see something it probably won’t be in the right place. It actually reminds me of shopping at a goodwill store or something similar. Might want to try it for a real bargain, but not for regular shopping.

Great store! We left a large package there and it was a long shot but I called to see if we left it, it was still there. Spoke with a manager and he was absolutely so kind!
Made my day knowing there are still good people in the world.

Super disappointed. Selection of coats was terrible and in total disarray. ☹️ The only reason I didn’t give a one-star rating was because my cashier was very pleasant.
