The girls who serve are nice, the one who serves me is very fast, but not all of them work the same, I have had girls who take twice as long. They offer you water, soda or coffee while you are there.

I went before they transferred the business to the new owner and it was a very nice place. Now all is the opposite. I’ll tell you my experience: I had made an appointment at 3 p.m. days in advance and at 2:30 p.m. They sent me WhatsApp to tell me that if I didn’t go at that time they would have to cancel the appointment because they had a pending date and had to leave earlier. I wasn’t going to go because I thought it was rude of them to let me know at such short notice but I was 2 minutes away and had an event so I arrived. There, a very nice but inexperienced girl takes care of me and they charge me $500 for nails that I do better at home. I’m not kidding when I say that I asked for the simplest design, a single color, and they didn’t even fit, but I didn’t complain because the poor girl told me that they didn’t pay her overtime or her coworkers. In addition, the new owner serves a friend of hers at the same time I had my appointment. There I realized that that’s why they wanted to cancel me. It made me very angry and finally they helped me after this lady’s friend. So I ended up leaving 30 minutes after closing time. She is a lady who dyes blonde, 50-60 years old. Very classist and arrogant. I haven’t been back in months and I don’t plan to go back. It’s a shame because that place was my favorite and I had been a recurring customer for years. As a note, this owner wanted to rent the premises on weekends for children’s events. Who would think? The best times for nail appointments are on the weekends. From there you can tell she has not the slightest clue about how to run a nail business. I don’t recommend going. Save your time and money. There are many better places and at better prices.

I was visiting the place on several occasions, even friends/family accompanied me. They offer good service, sometimes they have little staff and therefore it is difficult to get an appointment, but the service is pleasant. The only drawback I would find is that it needs a little ventilation due to the aroma of the products.
