I received a pedicure and gel manicure.
Disappointed, the lady that did my mani and pedi she rushed on my pedicure.
Gel mani – the lady cut my cuticles; blead 2 times – started chipping 2 days later.

My wife Dee went to see Trish and had the experience of her life. She received a perfect dip manicure and a deluxe pedicure. The staff there was so detailed in their work, courteous, professional and friendly. Anything you want done you let Trish know, and she will make it happen. If you ever need pedicure manicure, go to Bruce’s nails in Burlington mass. My wife traveled from Methuen to Burlington so that she could enjoy this experience. Thank you so much for all you did. And she will be back!!!

I have been going to Bruce nails for about 10 years now. I will never go anywhere else. I love how they do my nails, I go to Trish. She knows what I like and always impresses! Very professional and clean environment. Friendly staff, would recommend!

I’ve been to almost every nail salon in Burlington and it’s surrounding towns but nothing beats Bruce Nails. The owner, Trish, is fantastic. I don’t know how she juggles taking appointments and providing the best service to her loyal clients, but she does an amazing job! Her attention to detail is unmatched and I always leave with a smile. You can literally find the craziest nail inspiration on Pinterest and she will make it happen! She always remembers details about her clients- I’ve only ever told her how I like my nails once (shape/ length etc) and she always knows exactly what I want. I’m lucky I found her and won’t be going to anyone else ever

Service was choppy and rushed. I hated the way my nails came out. This is the blunt and uneven result of me asking for a coffin nail shape. I corrected my tech too many times to want to do it continuously. I asked her to take my length down multiple times.

On top of the bad service , a man who worked in the salon was yelling a baby girl who could barely talk —-Yelling “Shut up! Shut up and look at your book!”

Terrible atmosphere I just wanted to leave more than anything. Filing these down at home. Notice the tips are not straight on top. Notice each nail shape is blocky and not narrowed into the coffin shape.
