I had a pedicure scheduled yesterday and, when asked how short I liked my nails, I did say I prefer them SHORT. However, they were cut so short I now have a nail digging into the skin and causing an infection. I work on my feet all day and went to get a pedicure to help, not make my feet more painful.

A little late but, I had an amazing experience here. I want to give a shout out to Harley, who is very sweet and bubbly. She did a beautiful job on my hair and I love how it turned out. I would 100% recommend this place.

I am impressed with the students and staff at Mentor location. I had walked in unsure of what I needed and walked out more than satisfied. I had low and highlights done. They are blended beautifully. Big Thanks to Harley for taking the time and making sure my hair was not only done well but making sure it was exactly what I wanted. She was so personable and that matters. I will definitely be going back here from now on, for my hair or beauty needs.

I went to go see Nina for a gel manicure and I left extremely satisfied. Nina took her time making sure I was satisfied after every step and was very thorough. I could not recommend her more she was extremely personable and professional.
