Ruth did a fantastic job dying my hair blonde! I am very happy with my huge transformation. She was very professional and great to work with. It took 6 hours to get my finished look and she did a phenomenal job. No shortcuts and no false hope, just realistic expectations given to me and excellent customer service. Everyone there made me feel welcome and took great care of me! Will definitely come back again!

A most excellent salon in a very well restored downtown Bismarck historical building. The service was good from moment I walked in the door. They made me feel welcome and were very polite and asking if I wanted a beverage. My stylist took time to get to know my hair preference and she was very personable and professional. I like the results a lot. The only thing bad for me is I don’t live in Bismarck ND and was traveling so may not get to return. Highly recommend this beauty salon. It’s spacious, clean and they did a great job.

I live two hours away from the salon and had recently booked two massages for my bestfirend and I who travels to visit me from California. The day before our appointments I ended up severely sick. I called that night to let them know that I was not going to be able to make the drive because of how ill I was but it was after business hours. The day of my appointment I ended up in the emergency room and didn’t think to call them a second time because it was not my main priority. Five minutes in to when my appointments were booked I received a call from the salon but was getting my blood drawn. I called them back immediately to let them know I was I unable to make it because I was so sick and there was no way I could make the drive. They explained to me that they had to charge me the full fee for both of the appointments. I asked to speak to a manger and she said she would have one call me. I remained polite and respectful the entire time. When the so called “manager” called me back she would not let me get a word out to explain to her that I was so ill and physically unable to make the appointment. It was not that I didn’t want to attend the appointments, its that I physically could not. I asked that she work with me, and she just continued to yell me on the phone for ten minutes about how “her people got to get paid”. I completly understand however in situations like this it seems highly insensitive to charge someone full price for two massages while they lay in the emergency room and have a manager scream at them for ten minutes straight. I was told numerous times this so called manager would call me back after speaking with the owner but she never did, three weeks later. I was willing to pay a penalty fee but to charge me the entire price for a situation that was out of my control is extremely harsh. Honestly just grossed out by this business as a whole.

Char is so wonderful to work with! Not only did she make me look gorgeous, but she taught me how to make my hair look fabulous at home. I will be back for sure!

Mikayla did such an amazing job on my hair! I have never been disappointed. I highly recommend her and will be coming back:)
