I had to find a new nail salon so I asked some friends for local recommendations. I was tired of over paying for bad quality and poor customer service. I went to pearl in and was lucky to get a walk in. The tech that did my nails was Gracie. She was quick- it took less than a hour and my nails look great! I paid cash and I was happy with the amount because it allowed me to leave a lil extra for a tip. I’ll be back in a few weeks.

Wanted to get my nails done before my trip & found this nail salon near my place – nice & clean space. Did a walk in and the ladies there happily helped me (Hang & Jolie) & paid attention to the nail art inspo I showed. I did a full new acrylic set with design which costs $80 ($50 base + $5 shape + $25 design cost). Took about 1.5 hours.

I haven’t had my nails done in years. Tracy was very helpful and I decided to go with the nail dip. I brought in a color I wanted, and she matched it perfectly!
Tracy was kind, knowledgeable, and made my nails look amazing! I will definitely be back. I only wish I had a before and after picture, to show the amazing transformation.

This is my third time going here. Tracy is amazing! She is meticulous in what she does. I am already to visit my son in Texas!

Paid $57 cash (5% discount for cash transactions; $50 for acrylic, $5 for acrylic removal of old set, $5 for “almond/coffin” which doesn’t make sense since there are oval… but eh I didn’t feel like speaking up about it) for a new set of acrylics this morning! I called ahead, then walked in 30 mins later. Tracy paid great attention to details and I’m quite happy with how my nails came out. Went entirely off of the stellar Google reviews and had a relaxing experience!
I shall update this review in a month- my acrylics typically last 3.5 weeks chip-less!
UPDATE- 3.5 weeks later: my middle acrylic fell off on my right hand, which is disappointing. I did feel that it was more “loose” at the initial installment, but that’s on me for not speaking up. Still planning on returning to this salon to get my acrylics filled!

I removed two stars. Because, a week after the first gel nail service, two nails fell off. I was so busy that I could stop by on the 10th day and apply a new gel nail to the fallen nails. I went on a trip the next day, and another nail was fell off there, so I had to get a nail repaired at the travel destination. And two days ago, one nail fell off again, and I visited without a reservation and asked her. She always charged me $5 per nail repair. I was going to replace the entire nail next Friday, but the newly repaired nail just two days ago fell off like this. After applying my nails two days ago, she colored it right after the basecoot and charged me only $5 for one nail even though she had a very simple procedure, but it still flies away two days later. They apply it very thinly and finish neatly, but no one will choose gel nails on purpose to last just a week.

I made an online reservation, but it wasn’t confirmed, so I called again to confirm. It wasn’t far from my house, but since it was Sunday, I had to go back for the farmer’s market. They were working hard on cleanliness and their skills are good. I applied it thinly and paid attention to detail so that the gel did not stick around the nails. I am trying to find a new nail salon in San Jose and I am quite satisfied with this one!
