I was very excited to come here as my friend recommended it. I ran into a couple of problems here. The prices seem to vary technician to technician. My friend got a full set for 85 dollars, but I paid 95 dollars despite hers having more design. I understand art varies so I was not too upset with that, but the biggest problem was paying for that high price when I received many cuts. My nail tech filed down the sides of my skin instead of the nail and I have five open cuts. She also drilled my cuticle instead of the nail and it started to bleed. Not only that, but there is nail polish and nail glue in the cuts. I’m not sure if she was rushing because people were waiting but it was painful and it still is. I worry about getting an infection because of the unsanitariness of the salon. There was nail glue all over my hand and she did not clean the polish off my skin. At the end of the nail appointment, I asked for compensation for the cuts or at least a discount. If she had apologize or was nice, I wouldn’t have made this complaint. However, she got mad at me and asked so what do you want to pay then? It was disappointing. I was willing to pay and even tip alot, but I did not like the unprofessional behavior. She made it seems like I was broke and unwilling to pay so I just sucked it up and paid the 95. I did not want to argue anymore and took the high road. I would not go again. There are way better nail salons to go to. Its not worth getting cuts. Out of the sake of being unbiased, it was a gorgeous set, but it was painful. Besides the end, the technician was nice so my boyfriend tipped her as little as possible. I don’t think she deserved it, but they took me last minute and it looked okay at the end.

Updated review . So I’ve been to this location three different times the last time I went with my daughter and I had horrible service. The Nail Tech did not know how to do ombre nails. She started it off wrong and it wasn’t blended evenly and the shape of my nails was horrendous. I then got switched to another Nail Tech that tried to salvage what the previous Nail Tech did and it just turned out horrible. I got cut and my fingers were hurting for a few days. I will not be returning back to this establishment. Not satisfied. And honestly they didn’t even care .

I arrived at the salon around 7:45pm and was immediately serviced. My nails were complete by 8:45pm by Nancy who did a wonderful job and was friendly! I appreciate them serving the community later in the evening to accommodate busy schedules. Thanks Brandon Salon!

My visit with Brandon’s is always good 👍. Brian did his thing on my nails he is so creative and I recommend him all the way. 5 STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ FOR BRIAN. THANKS FOR THE GREAT SERVICE.😉👍

The PEDICURE WAS AMAZING!!! However, The Nail job was the most horrible I have ever received in my LIFE! A simple color gel. Application was sloppy from the start. The attitude of the nail technician was crass! The male technician tried to fix but there was no fixing the atrocious job. Sloppy from start to finish. So bad! Sadly Brandon was not there to fix this.
Better off with service and application two block down at LA.
