Very professional staff & great customer service! Love my Easter nails

My first time going in and not great at all. The lady in the first station to the right when you enter she started to take off the previous acrylic I had very harshly and sloppy. She proceeded to lay the acrylic and when she did the acrylic it was laid sloppy as well. I decided to not say anything and think she would fix it. It came time to apply the gel and I was still not impressed because the shape of my nails is not what I asked for at all. I asked for square nails and I got nails going sideways not one nail was a square, some where chunky and some where not painted correctly at all. Some of my nails have missing nail polish on the side and others have air bubbles. I told the girl that I am sorry but I do not like my nails at all I told her they are not the shape I wanted, they are not painted correctly, and I can feel dents on my nails bc the acrylic was not done right. She tried to fix my nails but ultimately she made it worse. The male that was doing a set behind her took over and I told them I have to go I can’t stay this is not what I asked for at all and they still wanted me to pay 30 dollars the original price I was not even offered a discount for their mess. Me and the male went back and forth with the situation and I told him this is not 30 dollars I’ve been to better places for 30 dollars and this is not at all what I asked for. I was getting no where with this guy and he had the nerve to tell me that if I leave it will be my fault I said how is this my fault he said because you won’t let us fix it. I told him this wouldn’t be an issue if it was done properly the first time, this is not my fault I had to leave I was not going to sit down and waste more time. I gave them their 30 dollars and left and as I did that he said thank you. Worst experience ever will never in my life go back there again and I don’t recommend anyone else to go back. I went with a group and all 4 of us did not have a great experience poor quality service. I would give this place 0 stars but 1 is all I can do, overall do not recommend to anyone.

I came in today looking to get a pedicure. My pet peeve is putting me in a pedi chair with no intention of starting my pedicure within a reasonable time frame and just having me wait in luke warm water. I really like this place and I hate that happen today. I ended up politely asking for a towel to dry my feet and expressed I would come back another time. Truth is it might be some time before my next pedicure as I do not get my feet done often due to the price and time. Lastly the staff was still polite even though I may have not agreed with waiting.

This nail salon was by far one of the best ones I’ve ever been to. The staff was super nice, the salon was very clean. They understood everything I wanted to get done exactly how I wanted it. I will for sure be back I 10 out of 10 recommend it to family and friends.

Best manicure and pedicure experience ever! They were so nice and my nails and my sisters nails came out beautiful! Thank you for an amazing visit!
