Got a wonderful pedicure here. Very relaxing, reasonably priced, and my nails look beautiful. My calves also feel great from the exfoliating scrub and massage they received. I will definitely be back anytime I need a little self care.

This place is great! It’s a husband and wife team that take good care of the work they do. I’m very particular, and they were very accommodating and patient. Also, they made a point of being “clean” every step of the way. They did a beautiful job on nail shaping and polish.

I recently had the most amazing experience at Boutique Nails & Herb Spa. The volcano deluxe pedicure was absolutely fantastic. The attention to detail and the use of hot stones during the massage added a touch of luxury that I truly appreciated. Not only was the service top-notch, but the customer service always also exceptional. Nail tech provided a bottle of water at no additional cost. Very skillful techniques and the warm atmosphere made my visit truly delightful. I’ll definitely be returning for more pampering sessions in the future. Best nail salon in Reading!

I took a chance coming here, considering some of the bad reviews that I saw. It was a nice atmosphere and the male owner was super kind. However, his wife rushed through my first experience, getting a volcano pedicure. As soon as people walked in for service, she rushed right through my pedicure and didn’t even massage and lotion my toes. She was more worried about not having the new clients wait, and instead rushed my pedicure. Mind you, I had a whole appointment. I wanted to like this place, but I regret coming here. I couldn’t leave a tip because the experience wasn’t great, I had no lotion on my feet, and the polish was watered down. So disappointing. The gel manicure was okay. The male owner seems like he does a better job in taking his time.

We visited Boutique Nails & Herbal Spa for the first time today and to say we were disappointed is an understatement.

My mom and I booked a Sunday appt for mani/pedis for 12pm. We got there around 12:03 due to us trying to find parking. When I arrived, I could see the salon was understaffed. They didn’t take us to the pedicure chairs until about 12:15pm but we didn’t mind that because we saw staffing looked tight.

We sat in those chairs until 1pm. Nobody worked on my mom . Nobody even came over to her after she was taken to the chair. My pedicure lasted about 5 mins. I could tell the worker was rushing my pedicure to be able to get to others. A mom and her daughter walked in around 12:30pm and they immediately sat them. The daughter was getting a pedicure and the mom was getting some sort of manicure. The worker who did my pedicure immediately went over to the mom to begin her manicure. We were in disbelief. We also overheard another woman sitting next to us in the pedicure chair that she was an HOUR EARLY to her pedicure (it was scheduled for 1pm). They sat her before we even arrived for our 12pm appointment and continued to work on her pedicure before even starting ours.

My mom and I were debating on leaving after hearing that. We’ve just been sitting there with nothing done an hour into our appointment. The last straw was when a worker walked over to begin working with the child who came in an half hour after us. Why they did that? We don’t know. My mom was very upset and voiced her displeasure. We left after that. To work on someone who came in a half hour after us while my mom still had nothing done is crazy. Since my pedicure, although rushed, was completed, I did offer to pay for it. The worker told me it was on the house and he apologized for the inconvenience.

I’m giving two stars mainly because I know this probably could have been avoided if they had more help. However, my message to the owner is please keep track of the clients who arrive first and who come at the correct time. Working on people who come in after those still waiting for service feels like a slap to the face. Also, working on people who were an hour early to their appointment while those who came on time are still sitting there waiting is disappointing.

We probably won’t ever return but I hope service improves for future customers.
