I’ve been coming to Boutique for the past year and half now. I’ve never had any complaints. I always leave happy, and loving my nails. the tech’s really are so nice and I feel like they accommodate whatever you want if you just ask. the prices are extremely reasonable for city prices/ the work you get done. If there’s ever a wait time, i’d gladly wait. It’s worth it. me and my bestie come here as our little “self-care” days. I’m so happy I found this salon and will not give my business to any other salon. thank you to all the hard workers here!!

Yikes. There is absolute chaos inside the salon because they are super busy. The service was rushed and my nails came out horrible. There was no manicure ( removal of skin, cuticle care, etc.), my dip/ polish looks chunky and so sloppy. My nails look like I need a manicure and that they’ve grown out even though I just got them them five minutes ago…

Linh and the rest of the team did a phenomenal job on my acrylics!! One of my best manicures ever and she was so sweet. Definitely recommend boutique nails.

The salon is adorable, and I enjoyed the atmosphere and décor. However, my first visit here was not ideal. I scheduled an appointment for both my nails and toes at 1:30pm and specified who I wanted to do my nails and pedicure. I based this on their Instagram. I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to start my pedicure, and I was with a different nail tech than I had asked for. The pedicure was okay but quick, and the massage was quite brief. Toe nails were not properly filed down. After my pedicure, I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for someone to begin doing my nails.
Lyn did my nails, and she was really polite but rushed through the process. My nails are not terrible, but I’ve had better.
When it came to checking out, I had to wait another ten minutes for someone to come to the counter and check me out. The lady writes down my amount on a sheet of paper, which came to $170 for a basic gel pedicure ($60) and poly gel French manicure on my natural nails ($110). I recently relocated from Dallas and have never paid this much for nails, and have had better. Needless to say, I’m glad I tried this salon, but I will not be returning.

Have been getting my nails done here for over a year. Recently it’s felt like the quality has gone down and services are rushed. The last two dip gel manis I’ve had, my nails have started lifting within 2 weeks of the service. With the last one, I came in to get 2 nails fixed less than a week after my mani. They were kind enough to fix for free, but just a few days later 4 more nails have lifted. It’s not worth the price to have to come in multiple times for fixes or risk my nails ripping off.
