This would be my third and LAST time using this salon. I went in for a full set and a pedicure with two acrylic big toe extensions. I arrived before about 11:30 & did not leave until 3:30. I made an appointment the 5/20 for 5/23. When I arrived I learned that the nail tech was not there due to illness, fine that’s understandable. Another nail tech (owner’s wife) did my nails. She did a good job, just not what I asked for. She did them too short and used the wrong color acrylic after being told repeatedly to used PINK not NUDE. She cut them to her liking. As for the pedicure from HELL. The older lady that did my pedicure did it as if she did not want to. When I was time to remove my acrylic toe nails she asked the owner to come take them off. Instead of him filing and soaking off he brought HUGE PLIERS & cracked the acrylic sling with my natural nail which was extremely painful & bled instantly. He knew he messed up and got another nail tech to come over. He proceeded to ignore the blood and ACETONE on my open wound. Only when I asked yet ANOTHER nail tech to come over did he apply antiseptic. When it was done they tried charging me $90 for an unfinished pedicure, short nails, and an injury. I refused and as I was leaving I saw the police drive up. DO NOT GO TO BOUJEE NAILS IN MONTGOMERY, ALABAMA!!

Wish I could rate it zero stars they are very unprofessional I will NEVER come back had to pay full price for a service they messed and also the lady shaved my nail down and tried to glue it back on PLEASE NEVER COME HERE

Customer service was great. They seated me down immediately and my nails never looked better. I will be back !

If I could give zero stars, I would. I am extremely disappointed. I went here to try to get a bit of a budget pedicure with a friend which for the classic pedicure is $30 with regular nail polish, that is the default. My nail technician seemed very nice and sociable and the service was going great.

However, by the time I got to the checkout, I noticed that I was being charged for $45. I asked her, I said I want it just the classic pedicure it says that it’s $30 on your chart. She says well I gave you gel nails so that’s $45. And I told her I didn’t want gel nails, nor did I say I wanted them. And she didn’t ask me either. She went on to say well most people coming here for a pedicure get gel nails, so I assume that you did. She then says after handing me my receipt after I pay that next time just remind me that you don’t wanna gel nails.

And she admitted, that she did a service that I did not ask for, put it on my body, and then said well, that’s the consequence. The fan I thought she was getting was to dry my nails quicker because my friend that I was with was done.

I decide to pay and just never come back. Just know that no matter how good the price is it doesn’t seem like the service is really worth it if this is how they treat customers for THEIR MISTAKES.

My friend, seeing how shocked I am and just overall put on the spot at essentially being forced to have to pay for services, she wanted to speak with the people herself while I go pull the car around.

My friend is talking with the nail technician who did my pedicure and some other lady who works there. They are both saying that if there is gel nails involved with the classic pedicure then it has to be $45 even though I DID NOT CONSENT TO THAT.

The conclusion was even after the technician herself admit that she did not ask me if I want to get nails, and still proceeded to do that anyway,

A: I would’ve had to after now doing the entire pedicure process come back inside get the gel nails removed and get a full refund

Or B I have to just SETTLE for paying for a service I didn’t want. On the mistake of the technician…

So I plan to never come back but I will make it my mission to dissuade people from going there. As customer service is absolutely horrible.

And on her mistake if she would’ve just admitted that and just comped me the $15 I would have praise them beyond belief would have encouraged people to go and myself would have continuously giving them my service for an affordable and enjoyable pedicure experience.

But now that is tainted by this mistake that I now have to pay for and wasn’t one I made.

A pedicure is a luxury some that a person does to feel nice, it is not a necessity. So a nail shop should pride itself on customer service and the experience they provide.

Like imagine you went here and they just started giving you any service with any color and price and then feeling entitled to YOUR MONEY.

This was truly unbelievable experience.

Worse nail job ever. Salon didn’t get old polish off of nails which was an orange yellow color. The very next day nails started cracking and breaking.
