I have been going to Boss for over 2 years now. I have always had a wonderful experience. Yesterday they got me in last minute and Alex a new tech at the salon took care of me. My nails came out amazing. He did a great job. It looked just as I imagined and I couldn’t be happier. Hands down the best salon in Greenville! Alex may be my new favorite !! If you’re looking for a clean, trustworthy and very reasonably priced salon check them out!

I have found my new favorite place to get my nails done! They were so nice and super fast! I got a full acrylic set and a pedicure and was in and out in an hour! I will be back!

WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE EVER! They didn’t allow my nails to dry. I didn’t even notice it when I left the shop that they were bumpy and poorly painted. They’re supposed to make sure gel polish is dry but the lady I had would put them under the light for 10 seconds and kept painting like they wont still wet. She kept wiping the mail with her whole finger tryna take the bump out which caused them to be more bumpy. that was the absolute worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten. There was absolutely no effort from this girl. NONE. No effort into removing callus or smoothing my feet. Terrible massage and my feet feel the exact same as when I got here. I will never come back here if all they doing is painting people feet. Spending all that money for them to just paint. She also didn’t wait for the paint to dry before painting over them again and they were still extremely wet when I left. Gel polish shouldn’t still be wet when you leave annd I have never seen that before. I have never had gel polish be wet. Also the same thing with my nails. Didn’t allow them to dry and kept painting causing them to be bumpy and ugly. I wasted 95 and then they tried to charge me twice talking about the payment didn’t go through. First the price was 80 and then jumped to 95. Then they run outside after I paid talking about it didn’t go through. Thank God for my app because they would have stolen another payment when they didn’t deserve the first one. I’m so disappointed.
