Lately, every time I come here, I leave with air bubbles and tiny hairs visible in my polish. Additionally, they don’t use a fast drying top coat so it’s easy to smudge your nails hours after the appointment. The last time I pointed it out, the staff tried to accuse me of ruining it myself and when I called to speak to the owner, they lied and said I had the wrong business and hung up on me. This is a very mismanaged business and their service has really gone downhill this last year.

I love this place so much! Been here twice, they pay so much attention to detail with your nails and making your experience amazing. The first time i went they offered massage and hot stones, second time i went i got acrylics and they copied the reference photo i gave perfectly.

I left paying $108 for a decent pedi and the worst nail dip I’ve ever had. Terrible job! The lady left my nails súper thick, uneven, and not polished. I told her “why are my nails so thick? And she was … oh that’s just the way it is “ no, it is not… I have done nail dip many times and you did a terrible job. NOT COMING BACK EVER!

Bonjour is my favorite nail salon in Seattle. I’ve been coming here for three years, and every time the employees are kind and do a great job. Even with a regular mani pedi, you get a hot stone massage!
