I Love going to Bon nails. Ken, Lucy and staff always do a phenomenal job, always have had the best service. If you have a design in mind or a picture , they always get it right and so helpful with colors and what will look the best. Up to date on all the latest in designs and techniques. They have a great selection of colors of both Gel and Dip. When you book an appointment they are always on time.

Ken got the cartoon nails just right!

I have just recently moved to the area and way over due for a fill-in appointment. I look at reviews before contacting a business and did just that in this case yesterday. On Bon Nails website they have online appointments, They had availability for the evening! I booked it and added a note of what I currently have and what I needed. I had immediate appointment confirmation and within a few minutes, Ken called and asked if I could come an hour later, I gladly did so.
Upon arrival, the salon was so clean and very pretty, I signed in and Ken immediately had me at his table. He asked questions verifying information about my nails and my likes and dislikes. He had wonderful recommendations, answered and explained all of my questions. He spent extra time with me making sure I loved and approved of my nails.
Ken and his wife were so friendly, kind and sweet. Everyone there smiled and spoke to me. I was so relaxed and felt welcomed and valued.
I left Bon Nails with my next appointment, beautiful nails and the feeling of being a valued customer and friend.

If you want lopsided ‘oval ‘nails and poor clean up and a nail tech that botches your nails because you’ve changed your mind about the length long before applying acrylic- this is the place for you . I only gave 1 star because the deluxe pedicure was well done . Clearly they aren’t good at shaping nails and should have stated that . Would not recommend and will not return. The nail tech knew he botched my nails that’s why he could not sit to finish my nails correctly with cuticle oil or lotion . Poor poor customer satisfaction. The worst acrylic set I have ever received .

I highly recommend Bon Nails! Ken does my nails and does an AMAZING job! Before I started going to Bon Nails my nails were always super short and brittle. Ken has made my nail health a priority and my nails are now the longest they’ve ever been! I’m overly pleased with the customer service, quality, and atmosphere that Bon Nails has!

The pink set was my first set done at Bon Nails with acrylic and tips. The white chrome was my second set (this picture was taken a week or two after I got them done) acrylic fill in. And the last set I just got done is the colorful set and we took the tips and acrylic off and did dip this time, and I no longer need tips or extensions for my nails anymore!

If you’re looking for the best nail salon in Panama City, look no further!!! I have tried almost every salon in town and none of them even come close to Bon Nails. They are fast, friendly, do an AMAZING job, and provide a nice relaxing atmosphere. I love my nails EVERY. SINGLE. TIME and I’m extremely picky about them. I always leave feeling refreshed and happy with my nails. I get so many compliments and I try to recommend this place to everyone. I also love how I can easily book appointments online through their website. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment here, you won’t regret it!!
