Very well done. Pleased with them. I got my toez done as well. The chairs weren’t incredibly comfy, and there wasn’t any internet connection.

On my drive back from SF I called Bollinger nails to find out how much for medi pedi, I was told $50 Xtra $10 for Gel

The lady that did my nails did a nice job, but she didn’t massage my legs.

When I was done and at the register she charged me $74

I told her I was told on the ph $50, she said to me, oh that was a long time ago.

So I broke down the amount

60 pedi pedi
10 gel, so I thought to myself, where did the $4 come from.

I didn’t have time to agree so I let it go gave her $20 tip and decided f* it!

I will never go back!

I don’t appreciate being taken advantage of and I hope her conscience is killing her

I came here for a 430 appointment and got seated immediately which was nice at 4:30. 5 PM strolled around still waiting and still cold water. Decided not worth my business and left before I could even get started after waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time.

Me and my partner had some time to kill while we waited for our friends to meet us for brunch so we decided to get a pedicure. The place was clean and the service was pretty decent. —HOWEVER STOP TRYING TO FORCE PEOPLE TO GET GEL ON THEIR TOES!! It’s a preference and it makes the salon look bad when you keep trying to force people to pay for things they don’t want and didn’t ask for… I was waiting for my toes to dry and the woman was like, “if you got gel it would dry faster…” after trying to force me to get gel 5 times… like girl… I know what I asked for… please stop acting like normal polish isn’t an option!
