I sat at #1 and when I first got there I told him to be gentle because I was growing out my real nails… instead he filed them down so thin until they broke… and said all he could do was put an acrylic tip on… he asked what shape I wanted and I said square and instead he did half square half coffin shape.. when I asked him to fix it he said there was nothing he could do because it’s my “real nail”. I asked if he could reshape them he said no. I was so upset when I left. I asked if they could redo them but have someone else do it. They said to find somewhere else to go. Absolutely will not recommend this nail salon to anyone. Usually there okay but today was worse than terrible. If you’re in the Lakewood area go somewhere else not here.

I came in tonight to change my gel polish and put on regular polish. Before the lady started putting polish on, she was cutting my excess cuticles. She cut my finger and it was bleeding quite a bit. It kept on bleeding for the remainder of the appointment. She started to put glue on the bleeding, and I told her to stop. While she was putting on my top coat, she didn’t clean up the blood. When I went to pay, she was going to have me pay FULL PRICE. I’ve been there before and had good experiences, but will not be going back after tonight. So disappointed and frustrated.

by far the best salon I’ve been to! I’ve been going here for over a year and everytime they not only do an amazing job, but the staff is so sweet and kind. They ensure you like your nails or they help fix it. They are also decent priced. I drive 45 minutes to get to this salon from work because they do a great job!

I gave 3 stars because the manicure and pedicure were both really great! The nail tech paid great attention to cleaning nails and trimming cuticles. She also painted really close to the cuticle line which I appreciate. Unfortunately this didn’t last 24hrs. I got home and found my gel nails were filled with air bubbles. I think the product was expired and started peeling off. Had to give myself a black accent nail because it basically peeled off.

It’s unfortunate to still see some people complain about businesses that ask their customers to wear masks. I was personally very comforted to see a business still taking the pandemic so seriously. From the mask wearing to the temperature checks to the cleanliness procedures, I was happy to see the steps that this nail salon and spa are taking to keep their patrons and employees safe and healthy. All of the employees were kind and they squeezed us in around closing time, which seems to be when they’re busiest. The gentleman was so welcoming and handled the constant flow of customers with such ease. This nail salon has a very calm and quiet atmosphere that isn’t as overwhelming as some places. It was my first manicure in years and it was relaxing and turned out gorgeous. Thank you so much to all the wonderful people who work here! I’ll definitely be back.
