Horrible experience today at this nail salon. My pedicure was just okay. My nails as you can see in the pictures was terrible. I had a wedding to attend in the evening. Called this place ahead, I was told okay to come in, I was made to wait a little while in the front then around 3 sat for the pedicure and got moved to a regular chair for my manicure. Two different people tired to paint my finger nails with the OPI polish. I loved the color but clearly the polish was old. The technicians just kept applying layers and layers of polish. The nails looked bulky. They stated sort of bubbling. After multiple layers of polish the top coat was applied followed by the quick dry drops. Before leaving I pointed out that my nails didn’t look okay. I was seated again to “fix” my nails but after repainting l multiple layers again the nails still didn’t look right and just wouldn’t dry. Another technician said she would again “fix” my nails and another round of applying more polish and top coat and sat for more drying time. It was 5pm at this point and I was just leaving the salon. A third nail tech came to get my keys, and card out of my purse because if I touched anything my nails would be ruined after drying for what seemed for an eternity. I left and while unbuckling my seatbelt my thumb and ring finger completely ruined. I went to back to show the techs within 5min of leaving my nails are ruined and I have no more time at all to sit down for them to try and fix it, I would be late for the wedding I was attending. I wanted my money back and the technician told me she would give me 50% off my manicure which she said came to $12 off! Just a terrible experience overall I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

This was my first time going to this nail salon and I have to say I’ll definitely be back. Everyone was so nice and welcoming and the girl (I think her name was Lily or Leah) that did my nails did an amazing job! Thank you so much again.

Honestly the best salon I’ve been too in a long time!!💗💗💗she did amazing! It’s hard to find someone that knows how to shape the nail you want! And she did great!💗💗very sweet ladies and service is wonderful. Definitely my new salon and will be back😘😘
