As someone who has had their nails done professionally for 12+ years and have gone to several local salons, my experience at Blush Nail Lounge was one of the worst local experiences. I was in and out in under 30 minutes… as the tech I was with had an appointment show up during my scheduled appointment (possibly double booked?) and she rushed through mine to get to her other client. Her client sat in the chair right next to mine as she sped through my appointment.

My nails were thick and uneven as you can see in the photos. I asked for several changes during the appointment, none were applied as I was rushed out of there, and I immediately had to go elsewhere to get them fixed that same day.
The first few images are my nails after I left and the last was the inspo picture I pulled up for what I was looking for. French full sets are clearly not their strong suit nor is customer service.
I do not recommend to anyone and will not be back.

I had originally been disappointed in my first visit to Blush. However, Henry (the manager) was quick to resolve the issue and ensure that I was happy with the nails I received. Emily took off my original set and redid my nails, making sure I was happy every step of the way. Thank you Henry and Emily for your attentiveness. I will be happy to return to Blush.

i went in today to get my nails fixed after getting them done yesterday since there was hair under the top coat from the woman who did my nails because my nails kept ending up sticky with residue on them, and i kept telling her as she was doing my nails but she told me it would be fine and she would fix it but she only ended up only putting top coat over it, resulting in the many pieces of hair that are very noticeable when you look at my nails. When I came back in to get it fixed they only wanted to put more top coat over my nails, i said i didn’t think that would help, they then tried to cover it with more pink polish, which did nothing it looks the same except now you can see pink over the black french tip because she put the pink on very sloppy. Two nails are crooked and they didn’t do nothing to fix it when i pointed it out and they did not want to fix them when i came back in. Also they did not fill my nails in correctly when doing the fill. I asked for that to be fixed somehow too. They told me they would only put more pink polish over it and that they should look the way they do, and that maybe next time i should get a full set instead of a fill?? which i should not need to. I got no chip polish as well and the polish chipped off as soon as i left the salon and asked if they could fix that as well and they didn’t try their best to actually fix it so you can still see where it is chipped. Also she did not shape them at all so they came out big and bulky instead of coffin shaped. i was nothing but nice and understanding and even my boyfriend tried talking and being nice, explaining what was wrong, but they still did not want to fix anything the correct way. I payed $60 for these.

Disappointing to say the least.. went yesterday and spent $60 on a full set French manicure and almost every nail is crooked, they are also slanted up and don’t lay flat, they look out grown, the nails are very inconsistent, one has already chipped and you can see through it because she only did 1 coat. I will not be back. I unfortunately live in Janesville or I would have gone back to have them fixed. Also was left with nail color on my hands and a white powder stuck on my nail beds which i tried washing my hands and scrubbing them and nothing would get the white powder look off of them till i used antiseptic wipes.i asked for them to be cleaned up before getting them done because I haven’t gotten my nails done in a couple months. It honestly looks worse than before I went in. My friend got a pedicure as well and her nail polish wiped off as soon as we walked out of the salon.

Favorite place to get pedicures in the Rockford area! As someone who has callouses from running, it can be so disappointing to get a pedicure and it seem like they did nothing. That has never happened at Blush! I’ve had multiple technicians, and I am always pleased! They always take their time and do not rush.
