Customer Reviews:
It came time for Kai to paint my nails. I asked for a similar design, which he got practically perfect. After doing just 1 nail and showing me, I asked how much it was going to be. He then said, “40”. So I agreed and let him continue. I needed to have my toes done also, and he talked me into a pedicure with 20% off of both services for my birthday.
So I go to the chair to get my pedicure. As I’m being serviced, Kai brings me a receipt, and the total was $119.00. I was like, wait a minute, I was told my fill my nails were $40, pedi $40 with a 20% discount. BB goes to talk to Kai, and he denies every saying that. BB comes back and says he can give me the price he thought I heard Kai say , but Kai said he didn’t want to do my nails anymore. I was like, wait, what? That’s fine because I’m not going to allow their mistake to make me come out of my character.
As we’re leaving and step outside, I like down at my toes that were supposed to be black glitter and why were they a midnight blue color. I go back inside and tell Mr. BB and he asked me to have a seat while he got the other nail tech. She painted another coat, and yet when leaving, it was still blue. At that point, I was like over it all and said, “Forget it at I have stuff to do.”
Very disappointing. I won’t go there anymore. The owner is very arrogant and obnoxious. Be careful, y’all.
