This was my first time going here and I am impressed. I’ve been loving my friend’s nails and she goes here so I decided to try it. Nina did a fantastic job! She kept asking me if everything looked good throughout the process. The wait was pretty long even with an appointment, probably like 30-40 minutes. That was probably my biggest issue, but it could have just happened to be the day that I went. Luckily, i wasn’t in a rush, so I didn’t mind. It was the busiest nail salon I’ve ever seen, which I believe is for a reason! The cost was high but wasn’t as bad as I was expecting honestly. My nails were $91 total plus tip and this included a gel removal, dip and tip, and design. There is a fee for using credit card and cash tip is only accepted. Overall, I think it was a great experience and was worth it! I will definitely be going back!

What I wanted for my wedding nails. I tried this shop two weeks prior before getting my wedding set. I showed the young lady the set and she tried her hardest to match up the colors. I kept informing her it looked more purple and I thought it would clash with my dress. She again kept saying once you put a flash light on it, it would look like the photo I wanted. I got home and compared the nails to my dress and of course it’s very purple and clashes. I called the shop with in the hour to change the color and explained what happened. Next day the polish change was for my hands only and not for my feet. Which was not correct, then I was told because the rep completed the work and because I left the shop the day before I would have to pay for the polish change. Whatever ok.. even though this should have been fixed because of the mistake. I paid anyway… so all together I paid 293…. For the incorrect nails and the new design I just paid for comes off with in 20 minutes….. I am beyond pissed and got my nails fixed by another shop for free because they felt that bad. This shop was just not what I expected when an issue occurs.

Incredible!! Beautiful and clean building, adequate number of nail techs, and amazing work. I waited maybe 5 minutes to be taken back for service and the parking lot was completely FULL when I arrived. The techs were all very personable and very skilled. They did not rush and give anything less than 100% which was appreciated due to how busy they were. Leo, my nail tech – was phenomenal. I have gotten so many compliments on my nails. I recently moved into the area, the price was noticeably cheaper than what I have paid the last few years when getting the same services at spa’s/salons half as nice and quality of work as this one. Highly Recommend!!

Do not go here I was told my nails were fat after I’ve been going there for 10 years and never had that issue and I’ve spent thousands and thousands of dollars with them anyways some just started popping off and I called it about a week and five days and was banned for complaining anyways the nails that don’t just pop off on their own because they were too fat and big. They won’t come off at all and are like stuck to my skin or breaking and have damage my nails and infected mind you what they look like now Now I’m only at maybe 3 weeks so they can’t lie and blame me

okay COME ON NOW!!! as an artist, i’m very picky about my nails. they have to be exactly how i envision. i put this together myself and went somewhere i knew wouldn’t let me down… BLUME NAIL SPA! i mean look at these. i’m so impressed by Nikki. she communicated the total cost before starting on my nails, which i’m so appreciative of. i knew a ballpark cost because i wanted something quite time consuming (as you can see). a lady next to me getting her nails done said to her tech “oh i would never ask for all of that design, that’s so annoying”. but she said that out of jealousy BECAUSE NIKKI IS AN ABSOLUTE BEAST! i felt safe to communicate, ask questions, change things, and that is so important bc you are paying for a service!! i asked and nikki DELIVERED. can you tell im excited hahaha! i will never trust anyone else with my nails
