After 2 hours and getting cut enough to bleed and need a bandaid I left without polish because I couldn’t stand sitting another moment. And was charged $45 for this.
Pro tip to the service provider- if you don’t know how to do a fill with black powder DONT DO IT.
A refund is the only acceptable remedy here.
Despite agreeing to pay $50 for acrylic nails at the shortest length, as per my preference, I was made to feel uncomfortable throughout. Their lack of transparency regarding pricing changes and their dismissive attitude towards basic questions added to the discomfort. I eventually left before any service was performed on my nails, though my fiancé stayed for a manicure that he found poorly done.
For a place I once held in high regard, this experience was disappointing. Clear communication and respectful treatment of customers are fundamental to any business, and sadly, this salon fell short. Unless these issues are addressed, I won’t be returning.
