Customer Reviews:
I asked for a gel mani/pedi, my cousin for regular mani/pedi. The woman doing our nails didn’t actually give me a manicure. She shaped my nails with a file, but did not soak my fingers, clean up my cuticles or anything else that goes into a manicure. She shaped my nails, then put on about five coats of gel polish. Less than six hours later, most of the gel polish had peeled off. My cousin’s regular polish started cracking/peeling less than 24 hours after we left the salon.
I went back in this afternoon to request a refund. I was told they “could not” process refunds. I have never in my life heard of a business that could not process a refund. They offered to redo the manicure, which I did not have time to do today (groceries in the car and 3 year old in tow). They told me to make time in the next week. I explained that I didn’t want to make time to come back in and have the gel fall off again. They said “that shouldn’t happen.” It shouldn’t have happened the first time either, but it did. So I’m out the $50-ish for gel polish that lasted less than six hours and a manicure that never actually happened.
Pictures are less than six hours after the gel “manicure.”
