First time here. I work close by & many of my clients rave about this place, and my coworker gets her nails done regularly here, and they always look great. So, I brought my mom & we got pedicures. Very clean, and everyone is so friendly & accommodating. Brand new massaging chairs are so nice. We got the deluxe, and we both loved the hot rocks & hot towels. They took their time, and got our toes ready for summer. Great prices too. Can’t say enough good things. We will be back regularly, and I will sing their praises to anyone looking for a nail salon!!

my first time being here and I have acrylic all over my nail beds, french tip was not done correctly, I didnt want the ombre and tech did it anyway and charged me for it. Im a hair dresser and ive had these nails less than a week and my clients hair is getting stuck in the lifting acrylic (5 days old btw). It also looked like the tech used a dry clear coat because the nails are not smooth at all. Also, 3 nails are crooked? Never had that before and ive been getting my nails done for 10 years. When I called to try and nicely get it fixed i was hung up on 4 TIMES! Ridiculous.Then I called back and whoever answered asked to speak to my manager?? Dont go here. Horrible.
Update: I told them on the first call i was calling in regards to a full set i got and wanted to know if the salon manager was in, i got placed on hold then hung up on. I thought it was a mistake, called again got hung up on 3 more times. Told them the 5th time when they asked to speak to my manager (?) i was a client, got hung up on. Unprofessional.

I sent my teenage daughter in yesterday to get a fill-in. However, the nail tech made her a full-set because her nails were “lifting”. There was only one that was lifting but I feel he was pushing her to get the most expensive thing. He then took all of her nails off in a painful manner (lifting her nails with another nail) which hurt her. I was very frustrated and will not be bringing her or myself there again.

i have been coming here during summers for years now for my pedicures and the service has always been amazing. kim is the best! she takes her time and does amazing work. the salon is always super clean and they are really good about disposing/cleaning the equipment after being used. highly recommend this place!
