The staff was extremely friendly and nice! My mom, her friend, & I did walk in pedicures and got seated right away. No bleeding or pain! I had and she was super sweet and accommodating. The place is clean and well lit. I gave 4 stars because I have had meh experiences in the past: refusing to cut nails shorter due to their personal preference and weird shaping. But we gave it another chance for pedicures only and are glad we did!
Edited to add: it’s been a few days and my nails are chipping 🙁

i went here for the very first time today and i must say, Anita did a fabulous job in my nails. they are perfect shape, length, very smooth nails. i love them. perfect birthday set !💙
update: after just one day my top coat and dip start to chip off and one of the nails broke due too the dip being too thin. i am very upset and very annoyed that i paid 70$ for a set that could have been perfect but is not tacky and ugly. i’m not happy and i will be calling for my money back. this is absurd. 2nd& 3rd photo ft. top coat pealing and chipping. 4th is broken nail
update: not even a week later

I decided to give this salon a try due to the proximity to my house despite the low ratings. At first I was content because it looked clean and they accepted walk ins. The lady that did my pedicure did a mediocre job. I paid for the premium package and it was a waste of money. On top of that, the color that I selected didn’t look at all like the one showing on the sample. I asked her to change it and it was worse. I should’ve said something but I didn’t want to be that customer. The manicure was pretty much the same experience. I paid $178 before a tip for both services. I about died when I saw the total!! I left there pretty disappointed. Not even a week later and my nails look Chipped and broken! It’s obvious that I will not be back!

Have been getting my nails done for years and have never had this happen to me before. My nail place was closed so I decided to try them out. Noticed dark spots under my gel acrylics, took them off to discover fungus was growing under them. Completely disgusted and angry. They also told my 10 year old daughter that she would get free design on her two nails for her birthday and then proceeded to charge me for it.

I went in for a full acrylic set and the woman who did my nails recommended gel X. I reluctantly agreed. She tried to upsell absolutely everything which I understand is part of the business however, it was done in such a way that I was uncomfortable being there and frustrated with the whole experience. I asked for short nails and she said “no, do long ones, they look better.” I had to ask 3 times for them to be cut down to a length I was more comfortable with. After she applied 3 coats of polish, I noticed that the nails were still translucent, and also that one of them was completely crooked. When I spoke up, she argued that they were fine but if I wanted another polish color, she’d do it. I ultimately left the shop in tears and returned later to speak to her about the experience and ask her to fix my nails. She was visibly irritated with me and cut the nails down. She never repolished them or fixed the crooked one. Truly, they look like bad press-ons. She said “I’m not sure how to make you happy.” I wanted the service I came in for and as a mom who rarely gets a day to herself, I wanted it to be a relaxing and nice experience. It was anything but that. Fast forward two days and my nail completely breaks off during my daughters winter concert at school. Two days and they’re already breaking and I spent $63 on this set! I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I wanted to share my experience as a warning to others.
