I have always loved coming here but the last two experiences have been drastically different and this appointment I literally just walked out of was the worst. The young woman who was good for the eyebrows and massage completely butchered my nails. Not only cut my very long nails very short she also used the buffer machine too long on my nails causing them to feel like they were on fire they are all different shapes and these photos are from after her coworker came over to “fix” them. She does not have enough experience to be doing this. They then charged me for a full manicure when I walked out half way through. Will never come back.

Rita did such an amazing job with the design that I requested. I’ve gotten this design done in so many different places around the city and have never had such a precise and attentive execution!! Hands down the best place I’ve been to with reasonable pricing. My new favorite spot in the city!! (ps: that photo is about a week after I got them done, and still looking amazing)

I had my acrylics done here recently and left pretty unsatisfied. I loved the shape and color of the nails, but felt the paint job could’ve been better. Plus, the lady started painting them with regular polish even though I asked for gel, and assumed that’s what she would use. I was soo hungry and just wanted to leave to eat, so I didn’t complain- but I wish it would’ve been the gel I asked for. Bc of that, I had to sit under a fan for over 40 mins while they dried, and they dried with lots of air bubbles as you can see. Wasn’t a horrible experience, but wasn’t the best. They were super clean though

Don’t ever come here if you’re looking for a professionally done French manicure. Had an absolutely terrible experience explaining to the nail tech that the French tip is too thick, and she still kept going even tho I told her it’s uneven and the white shouldn’t look like that.
She also charged my card an extra $10 for the “art”. And then tried to blame me for telling her I wanted the white done thin.
I can’t even look at my nails without being upset because it looks so sloppy for almost $100 gel manicure.

Long journey in searching for a salon that’s on par with their sanitation. I will give five stars for the cleanliness here. This is one of the few salons in the area that I’m comfortable getting my service at. The ladies who work here seem to be very efficient with what they do. I usually asked for special designs. Some of them are amazing with the special designs that I requested. Just be a little patient with communication. They aren’t ridiculously expensive either. Joey did all my wax. Quick and painless.
