I have never written a non-5 star review until today. I wish I had read the reviews before coming here. The woman who did my manicure was rude and did an inexcusably horrible job. There is paint all over my fingers, my nails are uneven, and she did not touch my cuticles. From the moment I sat down (I had an appointment) she was confrontational, condescending, and rude. I cannot imagine speaking to clients this way. I was the first customer that day and there were no other customers in the store, so the excuse of being busy and overwhelmed won’t work in this case. Will absolutely never return here.

Horrible customer service. I came in to get my nails done for graduation and asked for coffin shaped. He filed my nails much shorter and into almond shape. When I corrected him and just ask he flatten the top a bit he got argumentative about me “changing my mind” and then said he hadn’t heard me clearly to begin with. He tried to change them to be coffin but just ended up filing them down a lot and making them all lopsided. I came in the next day to attempt to get them fixed but they just filed them down more attempting to make them more coffin until I was bleeding. I asked for them to be fully fixed because they weren’t what I asked for and was told I could wait 2 hours and try again. So I asked for money back to go elsewhere and they denied me of that even with my receipt.

I went yesterday. I got a regular polish manicure. The lady was nice and the price reasonable. She did it quickly but maybe way to quickly. The nails finish is very uneven. In several nails the top layer starts too far from the cuticle and/or doesn’t go all the way to the end of the nail.

So I wanted to write a follow up to this review, one of my shellac manicured nail peeled right off like a peel off nail paint,I went there to get it fixed,no remorse no sorry and extremely rude people, the owner instead of apologizing threatened me to not to write a bad review, they said that they didn’t give me the injury, the next day another nail peeled off,and 5 days into it all of my nails are peeling off
Pathetic service, pathetic place, never going there again for sure
Nobody should ever visit them.
Just got back after visiting them, had gotten shellac manicure and regular pedicure, paid 70 dollars.I asked them to do same red nail paint on both hands and feet but she gave me two different colours.
And she scratched and injured my feet while scrubbing.

My nails are exactly 1 week old today. I got a shellac manicure and my nails are chipped so badly. I’ve never had my shellac last such a short time, and will not be back. $40 for my nails to last 1 week.
