Jane was amazing, friendly and thoughtful, made sure my polish was dark enough before we started and gave the best scrub and massage. Everyone was really sweet actually and I left with a smile.

I went to get a single nail fixed because it broke. Not only did I stay in there for 90 minutes, but the lady who did my nail, cut my finger from grinding it against the nail file.

Accommodated lady min pedicures for 3 generations. Chairs & tubs clean, staff was very nice & attentive to my 84 yr old mom.
She wants to go visit again.

The guy that was doing my nails, didn’t shape them or ask me for shape, they are lumpy and visibly not shaped. Awful. The guy that did my nails was not even paying attention and I still tipped.

I’ve come here a few times before with my mom, usually pretty good service but I was so disappointed in our last service I don’t think I’ll be returning.

This is something my mom and I do together. We both like getting pedicures and often like to talk with one another during our service. This last time the techs were talking so loudly to one another I felt like we had to talk over them to carry on our own conversation. I don’t mind if they talk. Like if I was by myself and they were carrying on a conversation, really no biggie. But please don’t forget you are there to work and not socialize. Your customers should not have to talk over you. I just felt it so rude.

Also, my mom pointed out a spot on her foot that was hurting a bit and the tech was very rough and seemed to completely ignore that she asked if she could be gentle.

Just overall was not pleased with the service this last time and will be looking for another spot.
