I usually come in with an appointment with Tammy, such a great worker. I go in for an emergency because I broke a nail. Ryan was the only one available. I sit down & I said if he could find a better match to my other nails. He gets frustrated I accidentally touched the tip of my nail. He then says “ that’s on your that’s not my fault” then He walks away & I’ve been waiting here 02/05/24 He is very rude. I will not be returning there after today. I will not be supporting a business that allows employees to treat people over something so small.

Pretty looking down at my feet….
Very clean and QUICK! So quick she didn’t exfoliate the bottle of my feet well, at all. Usually when I have a pedicure they get my callous off and the feet are left smooth. They are just as ruff as they where when I walked in. I maintain my feet Hygiene very well and this one I would have done better myself. I even asked her to get for me and she just looked at me. Walked in at 2:50 to the register area and polished and paid at 3:07. Usually takes 30-45 whenever I have gotten a pedi no matter the location. Sadly disappointed with gal. Unfortunately, giving a 20% tip was not warranted.

Cami did a amazing job on both my nails and toes. She was able to match the colors I was looking for with just showing her a picture. I’ll be back for sure and let coworkers know that this place is worth every Penny.

Idk what’s going on with Ryan, but I feel like he’s falling off his game. Usually, he does a great job on my nails, bt the last few times, his work has been very unsatisfying. Idk what’s going on with him, bt today, 8/9/23, he really made me very angry, as you can see in the pictures, he File my skin off on the side of my finger and didn’t apologize for it also kept working on my nails while my finger was blooding. On top of that, he did a horrible fill-in then telling me I can’t afford a fresh set, which he usually does for me, and I pay full price for so idk what his issue is now bt I can’t continue to do business with him or the Salon. Ps the fill-in was super thick and ugly🤬😡 and my nails are not the same length on each hand!

First of all I wanted a French tip with the pink he didn’t know how to do that… I said instead of white i want hot pink. He said again he couldn’t do that. I wanted short medium length nails he cut the tips to pretty much the length of my natural nails. Cut my cuticles so short I bled. The acrylic was up over my cuticles the shellac was bubbly and already lifting by the time I got into my car. Never have I felt so uncomfortable and anxious in a nail salon and left literally in pain bc my cuticles were destroyed. Terrible experience.
