I’ve been here four occasions now, and am very happy with this salon. Everyone there is very nice & the location environment is very relaxing. I finally got a pedicure and my toes are beautiful; let them know if you are sensitive skin and they will accommodate you

My first time here and I am extremely pleased. Kimberly is very experienced and was sensitive to my ticklish feet. My mani and pedi are perfect and I appreciate that she was gentle to my feet. Very nice clean and relaxing place.

If you are looking for an old, tired and somewhat dirty looking Nail Salon, then this is your place. Do not come to this Nail Salon expecting a relaxing spa like pedicure. You’ll get the bums rush… in-out the door as fast as possible. Which was surprising because when I have been there, they haven’t been busy. I thought I’d try it because it’s close to my home however, I will never be back.

I was a customer for a while. I’m a patient person and have no problem tiping generously, however It became apparent that what I was requesting and paying for would never be what I’d receive. I’d request certain dip gel colors, and the nails always came out uninformed. Too thick or lumpy. The designs were dated and amateur. My last experience was the worst. I spent $130 in 1 week, and then all my nails broke due to their mishandling of my nails. I went back 2 days to explain and show them how the polish was lifting, and my nail was cracking. The woman put glue on 2 nails and brushed me off. The woman began to rush every time someone else would walk in.

I have been here before and it will be the last time I go back. One thing I learned is to never give your hard work earned money to businesses who are not deserving of it. First, I started with one lady, then they realized a customer for her was there. Therefore, I was changed for someone else to do my Pedicure with Gel. The first color I chose was not available. The 2nd color I picked also was not available. Now, the man doing my Pedicure is hopping back, and forth between me, and another customer that got there. I am feeling rushed now to pick a color. I had told him this was a little upsetting because I was already having a hard time picking a color. Now two colors I picked was not available. On top of the fact that I felt rushed, therefore, I told the man forget it, lets just leave it as is without any color. I no longer wanted to do my nails. Yet, he wanted to charge me as if I did. I said if I will be charged to do my nails, now I will, because they are charging me as if I am. Now, the man gets upset and starts complaining to the other workers about me because I was taking too long for him picking my next color. I addressed the disrespect and unprofessionalism. The cashier, who was a man tried to apologize, while another worker was trying to defend the wrong man. Never again will I step into this place. Someone else did my nails and I could tell in her face she was displeased. I always leave great tips but this experience was not worth a dime to do so. Not a place worth going to again. There are too many Nail places to settle for one that’s not worth my money.
