My 9yo sister came out crying after a male employee told her “your nails are very ugly” 2x I am absolutely appalled by the behavior. Whether a customer is 9 or 90 the discussion about their physical appearance/nails/person should not be attacked. We treated my baby sister to an end of the year mani/Pedi to celebrate her and she came out crying. Go to The Brothers Nail & Spa in Indio, it’s way cleaner, no gnats, always on time and better priced.

Me and my wife tried this place the first time and we loved it and decided to try it for the second time we got 3 pedicures and 1 gel manicures and a dip set we paid $317 something we’ve never paid before . In any other place . But that’s besides the point the lady that did her pedicure was so rough with her and cut her she told her she was hurting her and she just ignored her .. after 2 hours of my wife getting her pedicured she started getting itchy and red all over her fingers we new she got fungus we went back and they denied it they said she was “allergic to gel “ witch she gets gel all the time we showed her her toes they were all red and the cut looked horrible we won’t be going back .. please be careful when you visit this place it’s a beautiful place but I’m sure they don’t clean the tools right ..

Great experience…won’t be returning simply because they so many fruit flies not sure why but very uncomfortable while getting my pedicure ☹️ and smelled weird too….but love the massage and very relaxing, Careful and precise work and I want to go back but until that issue is resolved I won’t return 😞

Absolutely the worst experience in over 25 years of getmy nails done. Thick,lumpy, jagged acrylics and a very bad paint job. Went to my regular salon to fix immediately afterwards.

Made an appt. via their website. They have appointments listed on THEIR website until 8pm. I made an appt. for 630pm. Never heard back, called around 6pm and they said they dont take appointments after 6pm, they offered a quick job if I came right in, but not willing to spend that money to get a service done “quick”. Why have appointments listed until 8pm if you dont take them after 6pm. Very unprofessional. Called a more professional place and made appointment for tomorrow.
