They had no clean towels anywhere for customers to use, they use dirty implements, and they do not care about their customers satisfaction or health. Yes, it is my fault for walking out and not saying anything to the tech about the quality of my nails. But I’m a licensed nail tech so it wasn’t worth the argument IMO. I’ll just fix them myself. Lesson learned. Kelly did my nails this time. My cuticles were flooded with gel polish which she didn’t bother to clean off and it was very painful until I got home to remove them. I’ve seen Kelly’s work so I know she knows better than this mess and I’ve had my nails done at this salon twice in the last 3 years and they looked exactly how I wanted. So embarrassing. I’m upset I didn’t say anything and let them just screw a customer over like that. Complete waste time and $75. I was honestly just speechless. I personally would never let someone leave my table like this, especially after seeing their expectation and knowing they are a nail tech and they came here trusting me… Look at these pics. The pink nails are Kelly @ Bliss’s work & red and green are mine. Please do better!!! For yourself AND your customers.

I went in last minute with my son on a Saturday. We were able to get in and right to a chair. The ladies that helped us were amazing. My son is on the spectrum and I had no idea how this would play out but I felt absolute joy watching how she interacted with him. Both women were understanding and worked with him when he didn’t immediately understand what was asked. He left there telling me how much he loved it.
For me it was the first time I have had gel put on my nails and I could not have been more pleased. I smile everytime I notice my toes.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Also my daughter didn’t get what she wanted because the nail tech said it was too expensive as if we couldn’t afford it. Terrible service for the amount that was paid…..went back because they said they wanted to make it right and I understand they were busy but the lady we spoke to was rude. I tried to tell her what happened with my experience but she was focused on my daughter.

Asked 3 times for a gel polish and she still put regular polish on me. They didn’t have the first 4 shades of purple I picked out. The lady was rushed doing my nails and it wasn’t even a busy hour. Bumped my toes, got paint on my foot. Left dry skin and an overall messy application. Won’t be coming back. I still felt bad and tipped her but she didn’t even say thanks.

I really wanted to like this place. I’ve tried to make it my nail salon but after today I think I’ve had enough. Everytime I go to get my nails done, no matter what color I pick, the gel always “peels” off within the week or even few days. They usually fix it not a problem, but the anticipation of knowing I’m always going to have to go back to fix my nail color after I get them filled was quite annoying. It’s always an excuse. “The nail color you picked isn’t good, the nail didn’t dry long enough, they applied it too thick, it wasn’t buffed enough.” All of which are not my fault. I called today to tell the owner I wanted my nail color fixed. It had only been a week since having them filled and the man who did them last week disagreed with every single thing I told him I wanted done. She told me to come in to look at them because I told her they were peeling. She personally wanted to do my nails after seeing them and I said fine. I pay a lot to have nails and I’m tired of coming in to get them fixed so if she can get them to stop peeling I will go to her…. She was very rude about it at first, kept insisting I chose a color…already hesitant because at this point I’m not sure which color isn’t going to peel. Fast forward to now, I’m looking at my nails and I can see bubbling under the gel top coat, its peeled, it’s now a day later and one of the bubbles lifted, there’s top coat all over my cuticle and they’re un-evenly painted. It seems like no matter who I go to it’s always a problem or an excuse. I’ve been getting my nails done for the past 15 years, I tried this place because I moved to SC about a year ago. I know good quality nails. Will not be going back anymore.
