So either this place is racist or their nail tech MARY is. Either way, my experience has been horrible. Visiting from NYC this spot came up on google but I wish I chose somewhere else. I’m currently having this so called pedicure completed as I type this review. Mary did a half-A job of a pedicure and her customer service was non existent. As I watch the white women to my left and right get their pedicures done with great care and professionalism I can’t help but feel discriminated against. $35 to have someone fake a pedicure and sloppily put polish on your toes is crazy. When Mary thought I wasn’t paying attention she was acting as if she was really using the tools for the pedicure but really wasn’t. When I called her out on it and started staring her down during the pedicure she was clearly bothered and had a look of disgust on her face the whole time. And I feel like she allowed the water to get scorching hot on purpose! I allowed her to complete the pedicure because I really needed it done but 5 minutes into my experience I knew I would be leaving this review. The customers here are predominately white so I should’ve known from the walk in. Whether she was having a bad day or truly is racist, I felt uncomfortable the entire time and she definitely had racist energy. Over charged for a TRASH experience smh. Only good thing she did was offer me something to drink at the start of the service haha. Steer clear BLACK people. They don’t deserve your money!

I followed my nail tech here (Jey) when it opened up a few years ago. I have really enjoyed the atmosphere and vibe here. When my schedule doesn’t work out for me book with Jey, I have had good service with Helen, Mimi, and Leo. There has only been one person that turned me off here (multiple times because I do believe in giving second chances) however I’ve learned they have moved on elsewhere. 🙏🏻

The only thing to keep in mind, is to be specific about what you would like done in the beginning so that they can match you with a tech that specializes/ or is comfortable doing the work that you would like done. ✅

Walked in and was blessed with Andrea as my tech. She is so skilled and a great, calm energy. She was gentle and did an amazing job. I will be back and booked with her.
Lounge wise it was very clean, beverages offered, TONS of color options. Prices worth the great service. My new go-to.

I had a fabulous experience getting acrylics here! I was getting my nails done for my wedding so of course I was very particular about how they looked and Emma took excellent care of me! Her technique is incredible and she really goes the extra mile to make your design look perfect. Thanks Emma!

I love Hannah! She always does an excellent job with my dip manicure and pedicure. Such a lovely and sweet person. Very gentle and detail oriented.
