I just got a gel manicure by Kristy. She is so sweet, and this is clearly a family owned business, which I love to support and they are all awesome. This is such a convenient location, right next to target, where we are all the time. I will definitely plan to come back and would love to have Kristy do my nails again. Please try Bliss next time you need your nails done. Mine are looking great for an important meeting Monday and the work week to come.

I’ve already left one review via the link Bliss texted me, but I want to also leave a review on Google where it might get more attention. Bliss Nail Lounge is fantastic! Kristy did an amazing job, meticulously viewing my nails from various angles to ensure each nail was perfectly filed and symmetrical. Not one nail looks sloped or has sharp edges or anything unsatisfactory. They are all 100% smooth and even!

The salon was impeccably clean and relaxing. There was no TV blaring in the corner. Instead, calming spa music played through the speakers making the entire process feel indulgent. They also have plenty of nice, new massage chairs and nail stations. I was offered a beverage, not a cocktail which is a nice touch in some salons, but I didn’t mind. My soft drink was cold and refreshing. Because my fingernails were wrapped in foil and my hands gloved, Kristy handed me a stylus to use in case I needed to type on my phone. It is little things like this that made the visit special.

Nail polish colors are limited which I do not mind. It makes it easier to choose a color, and they pretty much have any color you would want. They certainly had what I was looking for. The Dip process was different than I have experienced previously and, come to find out, Bliss uses the correct process. My nails look durable and brightly colored and, more importantly, they are thin! No more thick, chunky dipped nails for me or nails with Dip clumped underneath as Kristy ran the drill under my nails to ensure they were free of debis. That was one downfall of getting Dipped nails at other salons.

The communication was wonderful! It is ok that there is a communication barrier in many salons. I certainly understand, but it was definitely a nice change of pace being able to easily chat with Kristy and learn things about her. She is extremely personable and friendly!

I believe I have found my permanent nail salon! I have tried various salons over the last several months, but none have left me 100% satisfied. I am new to getting manis/pedis, so i just thought this was the way it goes. I have been raving so much over the past couple of days that my daughter is planning to try Bliss out tomorrow morning! I am definitely looking forward to my next visit!

My nails were done by Kristi she was amazing her work is fantastic .she did exactly what I asked for.. . she was very friendly even staff were friendly too … I reached before closing of 15mins n still they did my nails very calmly there work is very clean I enjoyed I definitely recommend and I will be going again

The Collierville location is new and I decided to try it out.
I didnt know the difference between acrylic, and dip powder, so several staff members patiently explained the differences and benefits of each. My daughter and I both decided to try the dip powder. I have a split nail and the added thickness and strength from the dip powder should help it grow out, and a staff member suggested taking biotin to promote nail growth also.
The pedicure massage was so relaxing!!
I highly recommend this business. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. They were very patient when explaining to me (several times) about the different polish techniques. Jenny and Von did a beautiful job on my hands & feet.

This is the by the most wonderful nail salon in town. It is beautiful and peaceful. The technicians are great at their craft and all the employees are really nice. I highly recommended Jenny and Trina.
