I love this place so much. The staff is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable in what they do. The facility itself is always clean and welcoming. Never walked out with nails I wasn’t 100% satisfied with. Highly recommend.

Came in for a last minute pedicure. The ladies were very kind and pleasant. Upfront pricing, no surprises. I LOVED that it didn’t feel rushed. It was the best foot and calf massage! Will return again!

I have visited here 5 times in the past few months. They have done a wonderful job every single time! Every single person I’ve been to is talented and kind. It’s clean and comfortable. I found my new nail salon!

Went here to get my nails done for my wedding, and I love how they turned out. My thumb nail’s top coat started chipping a little bit (no fault of Black and White, I’m not used to having nails and probably wasn’t as gentle as I should’ve been with them.) I called to see if I could get them touched up, and they got me in right away! Thank you Black and White for the excellent service and wonderful nails!

By chance I found this nail salon on google and am SO IMPRESSED. I’ve been to many nail salons in Green Bay and never found one I loved, either they weren’t friendly, didn’t follow basic sanitation standards or just didn’t do a good job. From the beginning my phone call to ask about availability was very professional and friendly, they we’re booked but placed me on a call list, they were able to get me in and the amazing service continued throughout the appointment! My nail tech Ashley was so nice, friendly and helped me tons with my tragically ugly nails, (I’ve recently had issues with them splitting) so we went with dip powder, they have tons of color options and great variety for a die-hard pinky neutral girl like me. She was meticulous and did an amazing job with my nails and very obviously cared about the health of my nails and explained how we can improve them. The salon itself is clean, organized and really cute. They use a new file and buff with each customer and send you home with a set at your first appointment with them, they all use freshly sanitized tools and new files and buffs with each customer, (although it’s law to do so, I’ve been to an alarming amount of salons in the area that reuse tools or don’t disinfect them). Overall the entire process was phenomenal, clean and all at a very reasonable price. They accept cash and card and allow you to leave tip on card (some places don’t which is frustrating if you rarely carry cash). I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this Salon! (They also seem to be amazing with large groups!)
