Love my nails. Love my techs (Annie, Billye & Zach). Every single time I get great results, great colors and great art. The price is reasonable and the atmosphere is exceptional. I will continue to get my nails done here. If you haven’t been, you really need to have this experience..

I had the worst experience at billies nails I’m not satisfied at all😭I told her I wanted to take the nails I had on off and get a new set and not a refill and she asked me why don’t I just get a refill I said because I don’t want a refill and she had a attitude from there she hurt me 3 times she wasn’t not good at her job at all I literally wanna cry I hate them so much they are the worst the shape and everything I told her I wanted skinny square this is not skinny square

We came in an hour before closing for an acrylic set and the workers rushed them. My nails are glued to the underside of my fingers, they’re uneven, and the bottom and sides are unrefined – to the point that the acrylic left on the underside completely fills the space under the nail. Additionally, some of the nails have bubbles on them and are slightly crooked.

multiple different nails techs, one was rude when politely asked to make a correction, building was hot, super long wait sitting in a chair with no water for my pedi, and overpriced for what the quality was

Quiet and not strong chemical smell. Nails are still chip free after 6 days.
