Jack did my nails. This was a first-time visit. I let him know when making the appointment that I am a very particular client, and I expect top-tier service. My appointment was at noon. He was a little behind but kept good communication on the expected start time. The attention to detail with both my nails & pedicure met my expectations. I have found my new nail home.

Very kind friendly polite. Great nail technician kindly took off my acrylics and gently recommended I did not get a full set today in order to protect the health of my nails. I appreciate it so much because any other salon would have done anything to get as much money as possible out of you. They were so gentle and nice, I cannot recommend this place enough.

While I’ve only been coming here a few months, I came because I followed my former nail tech, Q, from another salon. Nobody else could do my nails as good as he does, so I willingly make the drive into Carytown and pay a little more just to see him. Q always does a great job for me! And their color selection is unbeatable! They’re super clean and organized and everyone in the salon is so friendly. You can tell they enjoy working together.

Walked in with no appointment and immediately sat down. The nail tech was super friendly and made sure I liked how my nails were looking throughout the process. I am super pleased with the end result as well. Will definitely be coming back!

Unfortunately, this nail salon’s service is very, very poor quality. They are unreasonable and unwilling to work with customers, even though I had come many times before and had been a loyal customer. Moving from NYC, I knew that I had to lower my expectations, but I was not expecting it to be this bad. A basic manicure costs $25. Within 2 days almost every single nail chipped due to what I suspect was poor quality nail polish. Instead of offering to just re-polish, I was told that this is what to be expected with a regular manicure. I understand a manicure doesn’t last long, but 2 days feels unreasonable at that cost. Pictures depict the amount of chipping that occurred.
To be clear, I spoke with the manager that evening and was very plainly told to just not come back. At 9 months pregnant, I was extremely upset by that comment and do not wish the treatment I received on anyone.
I HIGHLY recommend not wasting your time or money and going somewhere else.
