Pam was absolutely amazing. She scheduled me for same day service as I’m getting ready to deliver. She made me feel so comfortable and kept me calm through the whole process. I was so nervous going in as I hadn’t had a wax in quite a few years. I brought my headphones to get my mind off of the process and ended up talking to her through the whole service. Wonderful bedside manner and always keeps you informed through the process. She was very informative on after care as well. She was just nothing short of beyond satisfactory. Definitely recommend.
