This salon doesn’t even deserve one star!! I wish I could give it a zero!!!! This is the worst salon ever!!! This nail salon is dirty and they have rude people working there who laugh and make jokes at other people’s expense! They cut my nails in the wrong shape and now I have infected ingrown nails! They wouldn’t give me my money back when I went in to show them the damage they have done and now I have to go to the doctor because of them! They laughed at me when I complained and said accidents happen and that I did this myself.

Terrible. Went to get dip nails before vacation. Lasted 7 days when they all started to lift and then had mold on my nails. Had to get them redone on vacation. The gentleman was rude and that is putting it nicely. Would not recommend

I’ve been coming to Beverly Nails for awhile for my Nails and Pedicures and I’ve never had a problem with my nails theylastup to 3 weeks !Jackie, Kevin,Cindy and the rest of the staff are wonderful and the nailshop is very clean!And enjoy their conversations!

So glad to get out of there. Not at all relaxing, tech was in a hurry, water was cold, chair was not comfortable, it was very noisy & chair was then moved too close for my knee replacement. The worst was the color I picked out was not at all the color I ended up with, I wanted to match a deeper purple dress that was exactly the color on the sample but not what’s on my toes. I felt concerned while she was working that this isnt the right color?
But she said it would be purple when she’s done. So I waited and ended up with deep red and gold and not deep purple with a gold stripe. I brought it up but then she tried to get me to see it as purple when it’s clearly red. They should have checked before rushing through it. I told them I need a deep purple to match a dress and worst I paid additional for this gel tiger eye that’s wrong. I didn’t want to make another scene and it was clear to me that’s what I’d have to do. Another tech did my Manicure which was ok, it was plain with buff nails. I would have paid extra to get the polish color right but there was an attitude I didn’t feel at all comfortable addressing.
Very disappointed that I have to go get a polish change at another salon.

Kevin and David are my favorite have been to other nails salons before growing up in this area have been going here forever! I will always go to them they are awesome! Although they only had an hour before close, they both took care of me in time and efficiently (pedi and fill)always love going in knowing I’ll be taken care of and will continue to tip them both well!
