Customer Reviews:
I asked how much it would be for a square full acrylic set French tip before I sat down and was told $55 for the set and $10 for French tip, so 65 total before tip. I even showed a reference photo.
When I checked out I was charged $55 for the set and $15 for French tip, so 70 before tip. That was more than what I was told but it was not a big deal. Then afterwards, the lady checking me out added $5 for “shape.” So $75 before tip. I didn’t say anything about the change in price for the French tip but I asked about the extra charge for shape and was told it was for a “coffin shape.” Clearly you can see that my nails are absolutely far from coffin so I showed her my nails and said they were square so maybe it was a mistake. I was told “lady it’s just 5 dollars” I clarified that I don’t mind paying 5 dollars but asked if they were charging for a square shape, because that’s clearly what I have. She then said yes I was being charged for square, despite that fact that square is the original shape for acrylic nails. I said that was fine if it’s an extra charge but they didn’t change the original shape and I’ve never been charged for keeping the original square shape.
The lady checking me out proceeded to giggle sarcastically and say “fine lady I’ll give you the 5 dollar discount, it’s just five dollars lady” .. I’m 23 years old, didn’t say a word about the change of price originally, and was simply confused. Her referring to me as “lady” was done in a rude condescending manner.
Lastly, I checked out and was waiting for my receipt to print but while I was waiting she said “okay your done” and I said “I’m waiting for my receipt” and was told “okay okay slow down lady! My machine doesn’t work that fast, wow”
lol I’ve never ever left a review, I hate confrontation and I’m extremely quite and never even correct anyone but this was such a weird and unnecessary interaction.
Overall, the nails were good if that’s what is important, the customer service was not. If you go here just clarify prices ahead of time and be mindful when you check out.
