Loved my nail tech. Been going there for years. Had a bad experience with the service this week. Had a pedicure and after about 5 hours later took a shower (verified the polish was dry but soft-I think the polish was old). The next morning, I noticed my toe polish wasn’t shiny and it looked smooched. I called the tech and she quickly replied to come back. I did and she wasn’t there. The owner very rudely stated I needed to wait anywhere from 1 to 2 hours and that I should have made an appointment. I did make an appointment for the next day. I showed up and said the nail tech did not show up to work and I would have to pay for another pedicure. Notice, I had already paid $50 + $10 tip 3 days prior.
She yelled and treated me very disrespectful. Being in the customer service business myself, I would never treat anyone in this manner. I left and will NEVER come back to this nail salon. Stay away!!!

I made a quick stop in here during a business trip, and I was sooooo pleased! Abis was amazing and so attentive to details. I am very critical when it comes to my nails, but she did a flawless job filling my acrylics! And she polished my toes with the same perfection! Thank you, Abis!

I went here for manicure and pedicure and the lady who did my hand nails went very deep into the cuticle and now my nails are burning and bleeding. I’m not even able to wash my hands properly because of the burning pain. I have cuts all over on the sides of my nails. This never happened to me before.
