Wonderful place for our stay in Detroit Lakes. Staff were kind and helpful. Walkout room to the lake was perfect. Glad we were able to make good use of the kayaks and paddle boards they offer!
Will stay here again.

Older lady that works on the weekends very unfriendly. I guess even though you’re checking into the hotel but your room isn’t ready you can’t swim. What do you think we’re going to do swim and leave. Check in is at 3pm got there at 1:30pm 3 other people we’re able to check in even though it was 1:30 pm but we weren’t. Very poor customer service I don’t understand places anymore if other people are able to check in why couldn’t we. We come to this place at least 7-8 times a year and get treated a lot better. Never coming back.

Great place. Great amenities. Great People, Tim, Todd, Tammy, and Ryan were all great (plus others that I didn’t catch their name). They were very accommodating and gave me a discount when I had to stay another night due to my car being in an accident and totaled.

Beautiful location, stylish property, with rooms overlooking the lake. Large, comfortable rooms, very quiet, very clean and impeccably maintained. Practical amenities – pool, gym, washers. Excellent breakfast with fresh bread, fruit, andouille sausages and a variety of freshly brewed coffees. Superb value for money.

Our family stayed in town for a basketball tournament. There were 6 of us and we all slept comfortably! The pool and hot tub were great! Vickie checked us in and was fantastic with all of our questions and requests. We will definitely be back!
