I have been using the salon for many years with Amy…I had recently moved and out of this area for about 5 months…well after trying to find quality work closer to home..my decision to make the drive and return to this Salon and my appointment with Amy was one of the best decisions I could have made..they do qusity work with quality materials..taking the time to insure expertise in the work…Amy you are the best of the best!

I went there today for my 6pm appointment and wasn’t taken until 6:35pm. This is a regular occurrence with Linda – I’m never taken on time. No one acknowledged my wait time and when I was finally seen, my service was rushed. Linda did my pedicure and it looked as if a child had done it. I will not be going back! I hope this business learns to appreciate ALL of their customers! As I have never felt appreciated or valued.

Not The Best…The owner came in with his sone after I waited 40 minutes. He did my acrylic refill exactly how I wanted. First time here, the place I had them done had made them too thick and chunky. He made the nails more natural-looking. Only problem is, I had wanted them a little shorter, but they ended up a whole lot shorter. I had in mind a swirl design on a natural background. But since the nails turned out really short, it would’ve work. So I requested a coral color and a shade lighter with each nail. He was impatient, told me there is no shade lighter. No help whatsoever at all. I used yo go to another place years ago and they were always willing to help and suggest ideas. He stood up and said he had to take his son somewhere. So because he was in a hurry, he couldn’t finish my color. Amy came over, she was just as short with me even though I was not being difficult. Simply asked for a shade lighter. I guess they don’t offer assistance, or were too impatient. And I myself was in a hurry, so I was not trying to drag it out! Finally, I grabbed a lighter color – not the best match. First half was great, nail shape and natural look done wonderfully. First quarter of the second half, a nightmare. Amy hurriedly painted my nails, finally softened when I thanked her for helping me. Like I said, first time here for nails. Nails looked natural, just not happy with how they treated me.

All I can say Tina (not her real name) do a excellent job on my nails, toes and eye brows . Have made my transition to Delaware a Happy one, this place has a very calm serenity place. This is my second time coming as a walk in and walked out satisfied.. . 😊😁

Best Nails has been around for many year. I have been a customer for the past 14 years…I am pleased with their professionalism and pleasant employees. I am totally satisfied, and I will recommend them to anyone
