Really bad, place is dirty, cluttered and old. Very rude, was pushed to upgrade to “spa” pedicure on Mother’s Day with my daughter, (we had appts) when I declined the tech said “ what you daughter don’t want to pay for it”. Rude.
Hard sell from reg manicure to gel for me, no thank you. Hard sell to upgrade from gel manicure to powder for my daughter. No thank you.
Sloppy work on my daughter’s gel manicure, my manicure was okay, Pedicures were ok.
BTW owners, you need to tell these techs that they can’t talk on their phones while services are being rendered. That is so rude.

Not satisfied with my nail service I asked for a gel refill and the lady that did my nails seem like she was rushing and wasn’t neat at all….my nails turned out bumpy and very uneven in color, I hate to be that person to complain but for how much I pay I expect them to look good and unfortunately they don’t. They look like they need to be refilled again.

Came in for eyebrow waxing and the woman came in the room didn’t say anything to me the entire time which is odd. She like wiped my face off with a cotton ball and just started chopping with the scissors (they usually ask what shape or if it’s just a clean up). Then she left the room, came back and was screaming on the phone, put the phone next to my head and started waxing while still on the phone. She didn’t say anything about like okay now I’m going to put the wax on or anything like that and was very aggressive, like pushed into my eyeball and would grab my chin and move my head around abruptly. And she spit on my face while talking on the phone. There was no lotion or aloe afterwards and she just stared at me afterwards until I got up

I love this place everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I’ve been coming here for almost a year. I use to do my nails with Winnie she is awesome but she’s taking time off, I now do my nails with Ann Julia who is also very good at her job. I highly recommend this nail salon

Used to enjoy coming here until I was disrespected, I was waiting for 20 minutes and a lady and her daughter came in, then she tells me I can come back in about minutes. She skipped me and starts working on the lady’s daughter (Caucasian family)
