I did nail design with a reference picture, and they definitely outdid the picture despite my short nails. They’re real artists! Love their energy, their professional work. Enjoyed the visit. Would surely go back!

Everything was going as expected however at the end we were shocked to learn that in this specific nail shop they charge $80.00 custom charge +$30 nail art on top of a basic pedicure.
My daughter asked for a French tip and acrylic overlay. Basically they added $78.00 WITHOUT explaining ahead of time.
We get pedicures at least twice a month and we have never heard of an additional charge of $78 for a French tip, if you look at their menu it doesn’t explain in detail all these hidden charges. In our state we get a complimentary mimosa and water or coffee or any beverage we please as soon as we walked in, this nail shop doesn’t offer that either. The price is not the issue the issue is the way things were handled. Their customer service definitely needs to be improved as well as their communication skills.

Extremely impressed and pleased with the service received. I made a same day appointment and they were able to fill on my very uneven full set I got done elsewhere. The amount of effort and attention to detail given is exactly what I look for in a nail salon. Competitive pricing too! $55 for a fill w/ gel. I will definitely be back next time I’m in town.

Conveniently located at the Ala Moana hotel. Ladies here are very nice. I have nails that are sensitive and need extra care. When I explained, Elise really is amazing, understanding and wanted to make me happy. I really do appreciate it❤️ Tried the Japanese gel on my nails with the galaxy cat eye polish and OMG awesome 🤩

Service was decent. Parking is free. Techs can speak a little more English than average. Place is cramp like a FEMA camp. You can’t not listen to everybody else’s conversations. Vibe is not for relaxing.
