Not only did I repeatedly tell the tech to make them thinner because they were so THICK. But he left all the acrylic under my nail and he left them all uneven! The color is so blotchy and he had the audacity to tell me that they always do thick nails there. Absolutely not true, I’m never coming back again. I’m getting these ugly things removed first thing tomorrow. I will be letting everyone know not to come here. $50 gone to waste!!

Just moved to Jacksonville and I’m super picky with my choice of techs so I was super nervous coming in here! I had called twice the night before but when I came in I was told there was no appointment and I hadn’t called. Nonetheless, the woman who did my nails, Maria Nguyen was absolutely INCREDIBLE. The sweetest tech I’ve ever had, went above and beyond for me, and I’ll DEFINITELY be back for more nails from her! Ugh just the nicest lady. Thank you for making my experience and my nails jaw dropping!!! Ugh even did freeform acrylics and the length and shape I wanted so perfectly 😩

I came on a Sunday and I had a horrible experience. They had attitudes bc I didn’t like the color that they recommended to add under the color I originally wanted. Then they kept trying to paint without a base coat, even after I asked. I do nails so I know that’s a no-no. When I asked for a 3rd coat on my big toe the tech got an attitude said something in their native language and all of them looked at me. She kept saying she gave 3 coats (which she did not) but even if so why is it a big deal to add an extra coat on big toe??? Never coming back! And the pedicure and polishing was mediocre at best!

This place should not be in business. The nail technique, the service, it all is appalling. My first time to Jacksonville and to this nail salon and I walk in to the main guy (i think the owner) and he is cussing and yelling at not only an employee in front of customers but also yelled and cussed at a customer. I was shocked but had already been seated and started in my nails. The lady that did my nails was sweet but got offended when I asked her to make my nails more square because unfortunately they looked bubbles over and were slanted. The shape was half square and half round with the corner going at an angle. It just wasn’t even. I asked multiple times for her to try and even it out and she acted like she didn’t understand and didn’t want to help. The fact that I had to ask for her mail filler and do it myself is so shocking to me. I have never experienced this before in my life. If you’re looking for a nail place in Jacksonville. Don’t go here!
