Charged me $65 for an acrylic fill due to the fact I had previous pink acrylic powder on my nails, I’ve never payed more than $60 for a full set never mind a fill . They used dip in the color bubble bath instead of pink acrylic. Did not ask me if I wanted them shorter or shaped and when I asked for them to shape them a little more he was rude about it. They were not friendly at all and the top to one of my nails just completely popped off out of no where (day after getting them done).

Definitely won’t be back. The male who done my nails my first visit drilled so deep into several of my nails that I’ve been in pain for 2 months now. When I went to get a fill in I let the woman I seen know what happened & that it hurt very badly. She completed the fill in anyways despite the pain it had me in (I was shaking). She advised me to come back if they continued to hurt & she could soak them off which I knew would be even more painful & I’m sure I would be charged for it because she didn’t even offer me a discount + charged me $10 extra for needing to cut the nails!!!!! I’m a former cosmetologist & removed the nails on my own. The nail that hurt the most is completely torn all the way across exactly where he drilled deep into it & fresh blood along with old blood is all over / under the damaged portion of the nail. My nails are so damaged I won’t be able to have my nails done for at least 2-3 months if there’s not an issue with infection of my nail bed!! Not happy AT ALL.

When I sat down to get my nails done one of the workers (I think her name is Lorie) was really nosey and listening to my conversation. Anytime I would look at her she would turn away and continue conversation with her actual customer (she was not even the one doing my nails). My roommate and I were having a conversation amongst ourselves when my manicurist got up. Once she came back, the worker I was talking about earlier said “this lady is ready to go” in a snooty tone and pointed to me forcing me to leave. She was very rude and I could tell she was talking about me in her conversations to the other workers.

My overall experience wasn’t great because my manicurist was really aggressive with my nails and cut many of my fingers with the nail file. My nails overall look good, and I love the color. I just am not happy at all with my experience and how I was treated.

Excellent service by Olivia Nguyen! She was so kind and did a nice job.

Several years ago I went to this nail salon. Bad management but now it’s great!

Giving the Spa one star is being rather nice. If a person is given a 5pm appointment and still sitting there 55 minutes later with people still ahead of them – there is a problem! It would make more sense if the establishment would schedule accordingly and based on what the staff can realistically handle. I understand the establishment is in a college town serving primarily college students, but their time is just as important. If you do not have the staff to handle the appointments then simply don’t schedule them! It seems that would be common sense. The nail technicians do a great job. Unfortunately, customer service is not a priority. It’s rather upsetting to see the lack of professionalism.
